It’s that time of the year…where I start to feel overloaded with all of the holiday meals and festivities and start craving a reset. Whole30 is my go-to reset now for the past 6 years. I did my first one when my second child was just a baby and I discovered so much about how certain foods affect my body. I slept better, I had so much energy, and my skin was glowing. I had never felt better.
A few times during the year I will get the itch to do a mini Whole30 to detox my body a bit and take a break from certain food groups. I’m feeling the itch now! So I decided to round up some of the recipes that have made their way onto my list for the next few weeks. Many are crockpot recipes (I love throwing ingredients into the crockpot in the morning and not having to think about it for the rest of the day), some are instant pot (for those nights you need something easy and quick!), and some are just plain stove top recipes.
